WHAT IS YOUR RETURN POLICY?

CAN I MODIFY MY ORDER ONCE IT IS PLACED?
Changes to existing orders can only be done if the status of the order isn’t processing. We cannot cancel any orders. For any further inquiries about your order, please email us at firstname.lastname@example.org with your inquiry described in full, as well as your order number and contact information.
FINAL SALE ITEMS?
All items including Beauty products, cosmetics, accessories are considered final sale. These items are non-returnable and cannot be returned for store credit.
No refunds or exchanges for purchases under $50.00. Items must be unworn with original tags attached and returned in their original packaging.
We are not liable for any returns packages that may become lost or stolen in transit. Please keep proof of postage and/or return tracking number when shipping back your returns.
All returns must include an order packing slip or return invoice that clearly indicates which items are being returned. If this is provided, your return may experience issues in processing.
Damaged, defective or incorrect items must be reported within 7 days of delivery.
RESERVED RIGHTS REGARDING RETURNS
We reserve the right to solely define and limit, refuse and/or reject returns from customers at any time due to:
An irregular or excessive returns history
An irregular excessive return history involving worn, altered, damaged, or missing items
Potential fraudulent or criminal activity
Relatedly, we reserve the right to decline service to any customer due to related actions as noted above.
